You can use any normal inverter circuit, hook it up with a solar panel and get the required DC to AC output from the inverter. The input power of 36 volts is applied to the input of a regulator which trims it down to 24 volts. The load connected to the output of the inverter is selected such that it does not force the inverter more than 6 amps from the solar panel. From the remaining 4 amps, 2 amps is supplied to the battery for charging it.
